New! Central Tender No. 11-2021 for the Development, Update and Implementation of Incentive Pay Methods and Differential Remuneration

  • The Government Procurement Administration has issued Central Tender No. 11-2021, for the Development, Update and Implementation of Incentive Pay Methods and Differential Remuneration for Government Ministries, Auxiliary Units and Ancillary Bodies.
  • Topic of the Tender and requested services:
  1. Development and updating of incentive pay methods and differential remuneration, improving methods and work processes.
  2. Analysis of the status quo and characterization of needs, organizational assessments, conducting feasibility studies and standardization of manpower for the needs of incentive pay and differential remuneration.
  3. Control, supervision and ongoing reporting on incentive pay methods and differential models.
  4. Implementation and control of incentive pay and differential remuneration calculations derived from incentive pay methods and differential models.
  5. Additional services in the field of industrial engineering and management related to the areas of incentive pay and differential remuneration.
  • The Tender includes two separate packages, which are differentiated from one another by the work methods:
  1. Package 1 – Provision of the requested services for Incentive Pay Methods, as specified in chapter 2 of the tender documents.
  2. Package 2 – Provision of the requested services for Differential Remuneration, using differential models, as specified in chapter 2 of the tender documents.
  • The Tender Editor shall select winners for each of the packages in accordance with the following:
  1. Package 1 – Maximum of 4 winners.
  2. Package 2 – Maximum of 2 winners.
