The sum of all payments, including taxes, included in the engagement, and including: 1- Any payment the public body must pay to whoever is the party of the engagement with the public body, and which, in accordance with the engagement, which that party of the engagement must transfer to another. 2- An estimate of the total payments that any third party will pay to whoever is a party to the engagement with the public body, by virtue of the engagement. 3- The total payments, including payments as stated in paragraphs (1) or (2), included in the right of choice of the public body in accordance with that engagement.
