Primary Tender for the design, construction, and maintenance and multimedia systems for ministries | Number 2-2020
1. The Government Procurement Administration is publishing Primary Tender No. 2-2020 for the design, construction, and maintenance and multimedia systems for ministries, subordinate units, and affiliated bodies.
2. The primary tender enables ministries to procure services and build and maintain multimedia projects to create a common and easy-to-use technology work environment (such as conference rooms, command centers, control centers, control rooms, and service centers) in accordance with their needs through the use of diverse advanced technologies.
3. Two winning suppliers will be selected in the tender.
4. The main services:
4.1 Project planning design – detailed planning of the multimedia products that will included in the project.
4.2 The supply of multimedia products pursuant to the project planning.
4.3 Project construction – installation of multimedia products at ministries and integration with the products and systems operating at the ministry.
4.4 Warranty and maintenance services for current multimedia systems.
