In November, the Government Procurement Administration announced the beginning of a contract resulting from central tender 09-2020, for the provision of consulting services in the fields of policy planning and related aspects.
The providers included in the list will compete to provide consulting and support services to government ministries in the fields of work plans, policy planning, strategy, budgeting and reviewing expenses, research and data, public participation, human capital and innovative tools for thought processes.
The list of providers is varied and includes both large consultancy companies and boutique companies who specialize in dedicated fields of content.
Government professional factors will formulate requests for services in which it is also possible to combine various activities from a number of specializations, thus obtaining a unique response to the ministry's needs in advancing its goals.
The requests will be distributed among the providers on the list who meet the criteria defined by the ministry with the goal of allowing quality and effective competition between these providers.
For the benefit of streamlining procedures and switching to digital means, the conduct of government ministries and the providers will be through a digital competition system, which is already used by government ministries in digital and tech tenders.
