מדובר בהארכה והרחבת התקשרות עם רשימת המפעילים במכרז להפעלת דירות עבור מגזרים יחודיים. במכרז זכו 66 זכיינים. עד כה נפתחו למעלה מ-150 דירות בפריסה ארצית. הספקים החלו את מתן השירות ביום 01.04.2018 תקופת ההתקשרות נקבעה לחמש שנים עם אופציה להארכה בחמש שנים נוספות, שנה בכל פעם. כיום ההתקשרות תקפה לחלק מהספקים עד ליום 01.01.2023, ולחלק מהספקים עד ליום 31.3.2023 במסגרת תקופת ההתקשרות הראשונה. ביום 26.01.2022 מומשה אופציה להארכת תוקף מאגר הספקים החל מיום 1.1.2023 ועד ליום 01.01.2028 במסגרת פרוטוקול 07/2022 החלטה מס' 23 אושרו מספר שינויים מהותיים במכרז,וסוכם כי שינוים אלו יוכנסו במסגרת הסכם למימוש האופציה.יש להכניסם במסגרת ההסכם . בהתאם לבקשת הגורןם המקצועי, נדרש להוסיף למכרז אפשרות לפתיחת ההוסטלים במסגרת המכרז ולא דירות כפי שקיים היום וזאת במסגרת התפיסה המקצועית הקיימות במכרז של קהילות יחידיות. הוועדה מאשרת לפרסם הודעה על האפשרות להצטרפות לרשימת ספקי מכרז המסגרת בהתאם לסעיף 1.2.8 למימוש וזאת נוכח השינויים המהותיים שאישרו במכרז . כמו כן, הוועדה מאשרת הוספת האפשרות לפתיחת הוסטלים במכרז במסגרת ההודעה שתפורסם.
